Yummy & Easy Creamy Bacon Carbonara Recipe


How to cook creamy bacon carbonara: Here is an easy, yummy recipe that is guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.


INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup                   chopped bacon
1 medium can         mushrooms (stems and pieces)   
1 300g can              Nestle cream
3 tbsp                     minced garlic   
1 can                      Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup                   Magnolia Quickmelt cheese (cubed or grated)
1/2 cup                   hot water (preferably the water used in cooking the pasta)
1 sachet (8g)          Maggi Magic Sarap
300g                       penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions (you may also use your pasta of choice)


PROCEDURE:
1. In a large pan, fry the bacon until crisp over medium heat.
2. Add in the garlic and cook until golden brown.
3. Add Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup, Nestle cream, and cubed/grated Quickmelt cheese.
4. Keep stirring to ensure the sauce is evenly mixed. Add Maggi Magic Sarap and continue to stir.
5. Add water to thin the mixture according to your preference.
6. Add the cooked pasta and mix well with the sauce so that the flavor is absorbed well. Cook for about 1 minute, adding in more of the hot water to thin the sauce if needed.
7. Garnish with some chopped parsley. Serves 5 people.
